2026 James W. Foley Freedom Run

James W. Foley was a dedicated conflict journalist and humanitarian who was kidnapped and tragically killed by ISIS in 2014. Growing up in Wolfeboro, he attended Kingswood High School before beginning a career defined by an unwavering commitment to press freedom. Jim used his work to illuminate the dignity and suffering of individuals across the globe. In honor of his legacy, the 12th annual Freedom Run/Walk was held at the James W. Foley Community Center in Rochester, NH.
