1 Welch Island

Charming camp located on Welch Island, Lake Winnipesaukee. This 1950’s camp has all the necessities for today’s living, yet exudes the feeling of a step back in time. Truly an on Golden Pond atmosphere. There is an open kitchen and living area with a beautiful fieldstone hearth and wood stove, two bedrooms and a three-quarter bath, complete with knotty pine throughout. The living area opens up to a private patio. The entire lot is level with a trail to the southernmost point of the property where you can enjoy 180 degree views. Right outside the camp is a large deck with seat all around and a corner outdoor cooking area. Near the water’s edge is a firepit. There is a 6’ x 40’ u-shape dock with trek decking and also a breakwater. Stairs leading into the water reveal an incredible sandy bottom all the way out to the end of the dock. Enjoy sun all day and majestic mountain views. Mainland boatslip available in Glendale Yacht Club, only a short distance away.
